John Sloat—Principal Owner and Chief Executive Officer
John is a founding member of Peak Systems. He is responsible for the direction of Peak’s overall business strategy and financial coordination, but also takes on the development and management of individual client accounts and actively involves himself in the details of day-to-day work on those projects. Most recently, he has worked as the project manager for the design and implementation of the information management system for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. John is a seasoned business analyst and consultant with demonstrated success in marketing, public policy, and international relations, who also spent several years researching trade relations for the Japanese government.
Rick Wangen—Principal Owner and Senior Project Manager
A founding member of Peak, Rick is a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary project manager who has provided quality website and application development for many of Peak’s most recognizable clients. He was our resident problem solver and representative at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah. Primarily managing Peak’s clients in Denver, Boulder and Santa Barbara, CA, his responsibilities include conceiving, developing and implementing all aspects of commercial internet initiatives with Peak’s talented development team.
Brad Colling—Senior Account Manager
Brad is an accomplished project manager, instructor and consultant. He offers effective leadership for large-scale, complex software projects and directs a cutting-edge team in advanced .NET development. In addition to his skills in the IT industry, Brad has also developed course curricula at the college level, and is a consultant for government, medical and telecommunications sectors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for H.E.L.P (Hollywood Education and Literacy Project), a non-profit program that helps people of all ages to become literate and effective communicators.
