As a premium wireless phone services provider with no retail locations, Qwest Wireless faced competition that could physically demonstrate their phones in addition to websites that allowed potential customers to thoroughly evaluate phone features. The Qwest retail phone website link was not up to the industry standard.

Solution

Peak Systems assessed the challenges and determined that online consumers would benefit most from a virtual phone demonstration. Built in Flash®, each Qwest phone for sale can be viewed in an interactive 360-degree presentation, providing the customer with the whole picture of the product, including active color selection, exterior sizing and even detailed magnification of features.

Results

Qwest initially only targeted high-end phones for the additional features of the Peak presentation. But after the launch, positive customer response, improved sales and reduction of Qwest customer service time spent on phone questions, the Peak solution pushed the Qwest wireless phone demo to the head of the pack in the industry and inspired Qwest to enhance every phone they sell with this feature preview.
